La Favorita recommends… Pappardelle pasta with truffled red sauce 👇
Ingredients to serve 4: 250 g La Favorita Fish Egg Pappardelle, 1 jar La Favorita Fish Truffled Red Sauce, butter.
1️⃣ Bring at least two litres of salted water to the boil in a saucepan. Add the pappardelle and cook for 2 minutes.
2️⃣ In the meantime, melt a knob of butter in a saucepan and warm the truffled red sauce gently, then remove from the heat.
3️⃣ Drain the pasta and stir-fry for a short time in the pan with the topping prepared earlier. This dish is best served without cheese to enjoy the intense fragrance and flavour of the truffle to the full.
