La Favorita recommends… Egg pappardelle with prawns 👇
Ingredients to serve 4: 250 g La Favorita Fish Egg Pappardelle, extra virgin olive oil, 200 g prawns, ½ glass white wine, 1 clove of garlic, 15 olives, oregano, salt, basil.
1️⃣ Remove the core from a clove of garlic and fry it gently in a frying pan.
2️⃣ Remove the garlic and add the washed, shelled prawns. Add the wine and evaporate it off. Then add the olives and the salt and cook for a couple of minutes.
3️⃣ Cook the pappardelle in plenty of salted water for 2 minutes, drain and stir-fry it with the topping for a very short time, adding a little extra virgin olive oil.
4️⃣ Serve piping hot, garnishing with a few sprigs of fresh basil.
