La Favorita recommends… Baked instant polenta 👇

Ingredients to serve 4: 400 g La Favorita Fish Instant Polenta, water, any La Favorita Fish sauce as preferred, grated cheese, butter.

1️⃣ Cook the polenta following the basic recipe

2️⃣ Spread the polenta in an oven dish 4 cm deep, levelling it with a spoon, and leave to set in the refrigerator for a few hours.

3️⃣ Dice the polenta and arrange the cubes in an oven dish.

4️⃣ Cover with a tomato sauce from the La Favorita Fish range (such as Tomato Sauce with Taggiasca Olives), add a few knobs of butter and a dusting of grated cheese and bake at 180° for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
