La Favorita recommends… Puff Pastry and Peaches in Syrup 👇

Ingredients: 1 roll of puff pastry, confectioner’s custard to taste, 300 g La Favorita Fish Peaches in Syrup with Wine.

1️⃣ Cut the puff pastry into 4 rectangles and bake in the oven.

2️⃣ Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

3️⃣ Cover the first slice with the confectioner’s cream and the peaches in syrup, cut into small pieces and complete each slice in the same way.

4️⃣ Dust with icing-sugar and serve.
