La Favorita recommends… Tagliatelle with pistachio nut cream 👇
Ingredients to serve 4: 250 g La Favorita Fish Egg Tagliatelle, 1 x 80 g jar La Favorita Fish Pistachio Cream, 200 g cooking cream, a knob of butter, thyme.
1️⃣ Melt the knob of butter in a saucepan and add the cooking cream and pistachio cream.
2️⃣ Heat for two minutes and amalgamate carefully. Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water for 2 minutes.
3️⃣ Drain and stir-fry in a frying pan for one minute with the topping prepared earlier. Serve immediately, adding thyme.
