La Favorita recommends… Pappardelle with black olive cream, ricotta cheese and red chilli pepper

Ingredients to serve 4: 250 g La Favorita Fish Egg Pappardelle, 1 x 130 g jar La Favorita Fish Black Olive Cream, 200 g ricotta cheese, garlic, red chilli pepper, extra virgin olive oil.

1️⃣ Drain the ricotta and mix it in a bowl with the black olive cream, first discarding the oil from the top.

2️⃣ Fry a clove of garlic with chopped fresh red chilli pepper in a frying pan with a little extra virgin olive oil.

3️⃣ Cook the pappardelle in plenty of salted water for 2 minutes. Drain, add to the ingredients in the frying pan and stir-fry for one minute.

4️⃣ Take off the heat and add the black olive cream and ricotta mixture prepared earlier. Serve immediately.
