Ingredients to serve 4: 250 g La Favorita Fish Truffle Egg Tagliatelle, a knob of butter.

1️⃣ La Favorita Fish Truffle Egg Pasta is a delicious dish with a strong flavour which does not require any other ingredients.

2️⃣ Cook the truffle tagliatelle in plenty of salted water for 2 minutes, drain it and stir-fry for a moment in a frying pan with the butter.

3️⃣ Serve the truffle tagliatelle piping hot. For a richer dish, add a little cooking cream to the butter.
