La Favorita recommends… Chestnut Mousse 👇

Ingredients to serve 4: 200 g La Favorita Fish Chestnuts in Syrup, 300 g fresh cream, 20 g cocoa powder.

1️⃣ Blend the chestnuts with a stab mixer.

2️⃣ Whip the cream and incorporate half of it into the chestnuts, a spoonful at a time so that it does not collapse.

3️⃣ Place the mousse in stem dishes or glasses.

4️⃣ Top with cream, cocoa powder and chestnuts in syrup.
