Tortellini with butter and Tartuffon


  • 500g of "tortellini" (ringlets of pasta filled with minced meat)
  • 100 g of butter
  • 100g of grated Parmesan
  • 100g of Tartuffon
  • 80 g of Tartuffon

Preparation Instructions

Cook the "tortellini" in a large amount of salted water or better meat broth. Put a pan above the steam with the butter and Tartuffon. Drip the cooked Tortellini, add the melted butter with Tartuffon and Parmesan and mix evenly. Sprinkle with truffle in slices and serve immediately.
