Rolled up Biscuit


  • 3 eggs
  • 3 spoonsfuls of flour
  • chopped hazelnuts
  • salt
  • 1 jar of Plums in syrup with Freisa wine LA FAVORITA FISH

Preparation Instructions

Stuffing preparation: blend some plums with the Freisa syrup
Biscuit preparation: beat egg yolk with the sugar. Mix with care the flour and a pinch of salt. Beat eggs whites and joint delicately together with the mixture. Roll out the dough on a greaseproof paper to be half centimetre thick. Put the paper on a baking tin and put into the oven already hot. In a few minutes the pastry will be done, take it off from the oven, spread the stuffing at once and roll it up. Once cold, sprinkle it with chopped hazelnuts previously mixed with some teaspoonfuls of Freisa syrup.
