Olive dressed Cutlets


  • (for 4 portions) 8 beef cutlets
  • dry white wine
  • 100 gr of "Favorita Fish" Green Olive Cream
  • 100 gr of cream
  • white flour
  • oil and salt

Preparation Instructions

Flour the cutlets and put them in a saucepan with a spoonful of oil and brown them on a low flame. Add a glass of white wine and, when evaporated, add the cream and the Olive Cream FAVORITA FISH. Finish cooking getting the sauce to thicken. Serve hot.
