Chilli and Chocolate egg Tagliatelle "Gourmand"

Ingredients

  • 250g of Chilli and Chocolate egg tagliatelle
  • 1 soupspoon of Tropea's red onion
  • 100g of toasted walnut meats
  • 200g of steamed fine green beans
  • extra virgin olive oil

Preparation Instructions

brown the onion with 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan. When the onion is brown, add the green beans, the walnut meats and leave to gain flavour over a low flame for about 1 minute. Bring to boil a large amount of salted water in a pan and cook the tagliatelle for only 2/3 minutes. Drain and put everything together in a frying pan and season with raw extra virgin olive oil and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
